Visitor Visa - Travel to Canada

Hi,

Im a Canadian PR and my parents have a valid visitor visa. They are planning to come to Canada from India during March 2021.

Do they have to get any authorizations from IRCC for travelling? Are they considered as 'Immediate Family member' or 'Extended Family member' according to the IRCC definitions ?

Please help me with these questions.

No they do not If you are PR. They need a quarantine plan.
