Visitor visa to Study permit conversion

Hi all,

Currently on Visitor visa in Canada and applied for study permit as Outside Canada candidate ( although currently in Canada).
Received Letter of Introduction last week. Do I need to go to land border now for flag-poling or the study permit will come in the mail?

You need an approval of a study permit. Applying for a study permit must be done outland. There are no inland options.
