Visitor Visa to SOWP Visa Converting

Hello All...

My wife applied for a Spouse open work permit (SOWP) visa in July 2021 from India and the application is still under process. I'm on PGWP status in Canada. Just recently she got a visitor visa and will travel to Canada Soon.

Is there any specific process or way to change her visa office (From New Delhi, India to Visa office in Canada)? Whenever her SOWP will approve, Does she need to go back to India for passport stamping and issuance of a work permit at the border of Canada.

Update IRCC when she is in Canada. She’ll be able to do stamping in Canada
