Visitor visa to Canada

Dears,
i am from middle east and i want to apply for visitor visa so i have some questions:

my friends told me that you have to prove that you will return to home country when the vacation is over so is it enough to show the below reasons:
a-I have no family in Canada(mother/father/sis/bro)
b-Letter from my work that shows my salary,duration of my vacation, position,hire date...
c- if i have half house real estate(the house is 50% for me and 50% for another person) can i show my own document only and not the two documents and if i showed to the embassy did they ask me for whom is the other half knowing that i don't want to say for whom the other half???
d-Is a 9000 USD NEW CREATED BANK ACCOUNT enough if i want to go about one week to Quebec
e-my age is 26 and i am a a computer science graduated student if i show the embassy my graduation can this give me more chance or not...
f-I can get letter of invitation but from a friend whose 33 years old is it good and applicable or weird.
g-What should i say if they ask me why you choose Canada
h-What can i say if they ask me why you choose Quebec and you don't know French but you speak English(my friend is in Quebec is it enough reason).
please give me any additional info that helps me in getting the visitor visa pleaseeee advise..

Looks good but do you have any travel history? as your age is one of those high risk to stay-over as per immigration
People speak English in Quebec as well
Invite is good, suggesting visit see him and travel

no...i have no travel history and i didn't travel outside my country before?! is it a big problem?? does this make a problem for me and they don't give the visa? or it is normal?
please answer my questions that mentioned in the first post if you can..

Yes, travel history does count a lot. Its shows that you have visited other countries and returned and even then it's not a guarantee but you do have some weight
You can show
Salary
Job
Assets
bank balance
Invite from friend

Officer has to be convinced that you will return after the trip and 30% is luck

No one can really judge, might satisfy the officer or not, like I said it's luck

But if you need honest answer - I feel very less chance considering your age, single status and no travel history but again, you never know - you gotta try
