Visitor Visa to Canada from with Valid 10 year Multiple Visa for US

I have a relative who has valid 10 year visa for US, they visited US earlier this year and Now they want to Visit US & Canada on New year & Christmas. I have heard from some one that having Valid US multiple Entry will actually enable them to apply in Some fast track visitor visa category. Can someone advise on that ?

You will have to ask that "someone" to elaborate on that.

There are some programs depending on the nationality of the person applying, but it would be difficult to say if that would apply.

Assuming this relative has an Indian passport, as your VO is indicated as NDVO, search for "CAN+" on this forum.
