I have Applied for my parents in law Visitor Visa in July 2024. We are now in April 2025 and the status of their application is still PENDING. Is it normal? Thanks in advance.

It would depend on their country of origin. It's hard to comment without knowing that since processing times vary widely between countries.

Have you received any additional documentation requests? Have they already taken the medical? If so, any issues with that? Do either of them happen to have a military or government background?
