My father is a businessman.Few months back I applied for his visitor visa and showed:
1. Business Registration Paper + Income tax paper
2. CA evaluation report (2 million cad worth asset)
3. Bank statements

The visa officer said he doesn't have enough asset and has less tie to home country. I am applying for his super visa now. What more can I show so he doesn't get rejected now?
Any affidavit or anything extra required?

Well you are showing that you meet LICO so his funds are not as important. His funds must be in personal accounts, not business accounts.

- So only my funds are important? I keep my money in a savings account, and my chequing account doesn't have any money. Can that be a reason?
- I think his funds are important to show tie to home country because both his children are abroad?
- Do you have any idea why visitor visa got rejected for lack of fund reason whereas I showed enough funds?
- Is it necessary that my employment verification letter shall be signed?

You don’t show funds. You show you meet LICO with your NOA. Father’s funds should be in personal accounts but are not ties to return. For visitor visa, your funds are not relevant. You can provide employment letter but you need to provide NOA. Do you meet LICO for the number of people in your family?

You should still show funds so you can show you have savings to host your parent but you must meet LICO. Including father’s liquid person funds can’t hurt.

visitor visa and supervisa have different requirements.
Pay attention to supervisa requirement since this is what you are going to apply for. Make sure you declare your father's previous visitor visa refusal.
