1. i am not satisfied i will leave canada
2.The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application

can anyone help me wht we did wrong as she previously 2 vistors visa and came to canada couple of times and never overstayed on her visit
should we reapply what to do we do we are so blank

Sorry about your cousin. Order GCMS notes. Just because she had previous visas doesn’t mean that it is guaranteed.

Is her son home? What did the letters say? How long was visit? What did she show that she will return (job, investments, income property, business)?

Did the letters mention that he will need care?

yes she showed investments property busness they didn't mention anything in rejection letter about financial situation or income yea son is at hospital in icu amd rejection letter says i am not satisfied you will return back like these visa officers dont even use brain she returned back on time last 4 times how she wont come back this time its common sense . i think its all money grab do think we should apply again will that make nay difference coz reson of her only going is to see her son as shes mom and she want to go asap is there anything we can do

How long was visit? So she has a business and provided registration, client contracts etc to return?

The issue, sorry to say, is that her son is in ICU. How long is she planning on staying? What care will he need when he leaves? Provide information that care will be in place for him. Unfortunately, IRCC will be wondering if she will try and stay more than 6 months.

I am truly sorry for you relatives situation and I hope he has a speedy recovery. But, it really annoys mean when people state the visa process is some sort of money grab. The $75 single or $150 multiple is anything but a money grab and is no where near the actual cost to process and support the infrastructure to run the division. It's heavily subsidized by the Canadian taxpayer. For example:
US Visa: $253 CDN
UK Visa:$200 up to $1663 CDN

I sure the stress of the situation has only infuriated you more than normal, but please don't make rediculous statements about the country you expect to approve your travel to.

yes hes in ICU u know i just think its all money game they wanna make more and more money so giving refusals and people apply again like how can a visa officer think she will stay more than 6 months when in her last 4 visits she went back home in 4to 5 months its just frustrating how your life depends on one person hand that will he let you see your son whoz critical injured or not .

How is it a money game? It costs like a $100 to apply and that doesn’t cover all the costs of processing. Permits do not make the government any money. Visas to other countries are double and triple the price.

You have not said how long she is staying? Again, has care been discussed for when he comes home or will he be moving to a rehab centre?

Hire a lawyer (not consultant) to work on reapplying. Order GCMS notes.
