Visitor visa rejected - applying for super visa

Hello friends:

My parents visitor visa was rejected due to insufficient bank balance although we showed $20K & my father's employement.

If I apply for supervisa do they need to show their bank statement and employment or mine will be sufficient?

They are planning to show their property mainly house + land and my brother as family ties.

Will that be enough?

Please help. Thanks

I do not see where i can upload my parents' financial documents and property/assests. Any ideas friend?
