Reason: refused because 179(b) based on purpose of visit

refused because 179(b) based on personal assets and financial status...

i have a job and working full time. Did attached my appointment letter and NOC from work. Been in to this job for more than 3 years.
i did attached travel itinerary which explained i am going for 12 days trip with my wife. Did provided with hotel bookings and tickets.
Attached my bank statement for 6 months showing regular transactions in account with a balance of around 14000 CAD.

If your bank balance is only $14k, you’ll be using the majority of your savings for a trip that’ll only last 12 days
As well , what’s your travel history . Whet other countries have you applied a visit for , been approved, visited and abided by the terms of the visa ? Countries such as Australia, UK, USA

Well i have checked the rules for maintaining funds, as per rules requirement is only 100cad per day.. according to that i have enough funds. Other than that i did showed fixed deposit account balance, property evaluation.
I have been to other countries as well. Dubai and Thailand on my company tour and Europe for tourism...

$100 per day would not get you very far in many places in Canada. General rule is $1000/week plus travel expenses. Whether you will be using a large portion of your savings for a trip will also raise concerns.
