Visitor visa refused to visit my brother

Hello Everyone,
I applied a visa to visit my brother in Canada but the result came out today as refused. I applied online. The reasons given to me by the embassy was
* Based on TRAVEL HISTORY
* Based on FINANCE & PERSONAL ASSETS
* Based on PURPOSE OF TRAVEL

* TRAVEL HISTORY - I have travelled to Australia, United Kingdom, Austria, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey, Maldives, Germany and Peru. (never been more than 12 days in any of these countries)

* FINANCE & PERSONAL ASSETS - I provided them with all my bank accounts and assets.
1. Savings Account - Balance of equivalent to USD $81.468.00 (for the past six months)
2. Fixed Deposits - Balance of equivalent to USD $150,000.00 (for the past one year)
3. Current Account - Balance of equivalent to USD $18,961.00 (for the past six months)
4. Properties - 11 properties
5. Vehicles - 2 vehicles
6. Share Certificates

* PURPOSE OF TRAVEL - I provided my brother's invitation letter explaining the reason for travel
1. To visit him since he's admitted in the hospital due to a head surgery (major surgery)
2. Travel duration for 35 days
3. His Canada passport copy
4. IRCC written travel authorization for me
5. Hospital letter explaining his current condition
6. My personal letter for me to visit him (explaining the condition of my brother and wanted to see him in this situation)
7. Mentioning that i could stay in his house for the whole duration
8. Quarantine schedule on arrival in Canada

Additionally i provided them with my past six months salary slip for the monthly salary of equivalent to USD $6,000.00 which i'm earning monthly in my home country as a Chief Accountant, my company leave approval letter for the travel duration and mentioning that i'm working for the company for the past 16 years, then another letter explaining them that i'm leaving my family back in my country and travelling alone.

In 2014 and 2015 i had around 8 refusals to USA and 3 refusals to Canada in 2015 and 2 refusal Australia in 2015. I mentioned this in my application. The refusals were as common stating that lack of ties to home country. But after the year 2015 i have travelled to all the countries which i have mentioned.

Is there any suggestions that i could do to reapply to visit my brother

I think the 8 US refusals and 3 Canadian refusals are your problem. Unfortunately this is a very high number of refusals.

I honestly don't see any way to strengthen your application. You can certainly try reapplying with the same evidence. Sometimes this works.

That's an INSANE amount of refusals. Yeah, you ain't getting in. Something seems to be missing in this equation. You have 11 properties and a job of 16 years, yet were somehow refused all those times due to lack of common ties? What aren't you REALLY telling us? Are those properties in your home country or are they investment ones in other ones?

When it comes to travel how long have you visited countries like the US, Australia, NZ, France, etc.? You say no more than 12 day visits. We’re these all very short trips and were they for personal travel or business? What is your citizenship? Would add that currently family members aren’t allowed to visit patients in hospital. You would also need to do hotel quarantine for 3 days first and you’d only allowed to quarantine in his home if you have a separate area like a basement with a bathroom where you could isolate away from his other family members for 11 days.
