Here is the refusing letter with the following with my documentations submitted to the Embassy:

Following an examination of your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Act and the Regulations for the reasons explained below. I am therefore refusing your application.

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident.

Your travel history
- (Have been to Europe but was 10 years ago and visited two countries in East Asia).

Length of proposed stay in Canada.

- Stated that it would only stay 3 weeks in Canada (but did not provide a letter from employer saying that three weeks vacation granted.

Purpose of visit.

An invitation letter from my sister who lives in Canada, stable job and income.

Limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

-- I live in a small city in China but my job is very stable and income considered high like around CAN$60k per year salary not including bonuses.

Your current employment situation.

- I have submitted a litter from my employer HR and saying that I am a Director of one of the department.

Your personal assets and financial status.

- I provided a property certificate and one bank statement with CAD$30k being hold. I actually have more than one property but I thought that was sufficient so I just submitted one.

I don't know what went wrong, I am married and I only applied for myself and my daughter who is currently a university student in China. My husband did not apply for the VISA. Please help me see what went wrong so I can try it again. Thank you very much!

1) Was the property certificate translated into English?
2) So your sister invite you to Canada, can you elaborate the purpose of this visit? What did your sister mentioned in the letter or did you submitted a covering letter also?
3) You should had provided a letter from your employer stating that a 3 weeks vacation granted and your salary of CAN30K per annum.

Yes, I did.

Yes, I submitted the invitation letter from my sister. The invitation letter saying that we have a very close relationship and she would like to show me some beautiful places in Canada- one page only.

3) You should had provided a letter from your employer stating that a 3 weeks vacation granted and your salary of CAN30K per annum.
I did not provide a 3 weeks vacation granted letter from my employer but I did submitted an employer letter stating that my employment status and annual salary at CAD$50k. I should have provided my bank statement where the salary deposit in since we only received very simply paystub which is not including my bonus pay.

What can be wrong? Also I applied for my daughter as the same time. Should I just apply for myself maybe is better?

Thanks,

Hi
You should get a letter from your boss saying how long you have worked there, also get a letter from the Dean or prisident at your daughters university, and get a letter from your sister saying she will be responsible for you. also show that you own 3 properties.
