Visitor Visa Refused - Parents

Hello

I would just like some support, advise and information on what to do next? My parents applied for Canada Vistor visa which has been refused stating the reson of strong ties, financial assets, purpose of visit and doesnt motivate them to come back. My brother and his wife live in Canada and my brother wife is pregnant and wanted to have the support of mum and dad during that time and they have sent the invitation letter, financial documents etc. My parents are both retired Government employees and they included thier bank statements, property document. They are only going there for couple of months and have no intention if staying there. I live in UK andthey didnt have any problem getting UK visa but its so frustating that Canada have refused the visa when they are very genuine on thier visit. We have got house in Mohali which is worth about 1 crore and there is one mistake they have done (didnt show all the bank statments but only few for some reason). What should they do now? They still want to go and help my brother for few months. What documents shall we add now to make it a better application? Would the refusal effect new application? Thanks

Did you enclose a Doctor letter which shows that she is pregnant and need pre-natal and post-partum support for her? They can try again with this, for my financial docs are not very big deal for visa officer as you as long as they can show that they can support or will be supported financialy in Canada during their stay.
I think, it will be very easy to get a visa for the wife's parents than your parents but you can try again.

For my parents too their visa has been refused by CHC exactly with the same reasons that Immiigration officer is not satisfied with the proofs that they will come back to India after their temporary stay.

We have added all the proofs..included my exp letter,funds proofs,my father funds proofs,letter of inviation everything not sure what else is required ?

I wanted to invite them to support my wife as she is pregnant.

Can you tell me what you docs you have added or did you reapply for their VISA again?

is this her first child? sometimes when family has more kids it can be helpful as it's more difficult for a pregnant woman to look after other kids while being pregnant, and it can serve as a good reason for applying for parents to come.

My parents were refused twice. One of my aunts invited them 3 yrs ago, they submitted all the necessary docs and even original property docs that they have. Same thing with my auntie, they have to prove that they can accomodate them from all the time they will be here. They had an interview and they got refused twice.
We are going to invite them this year and my parents will use an agency this time. (We know some people here that used an agency and wasn't denied, so my parents decided to try it). The agency told them that they won't be needing an interview as long as we will provide all the docs that they needed. The agency told my parents that they have to submit the same docs that they have from the 2x that they applied plus notarized copies from us here in Canada(eg invitation from us, our bank statements within 6 months, letter from current employer, paylips, property titles, passport copies, marriage cert).
Hopefully the agency will work this time...From that agency, my parents met some people who are refused 3 times but after using the agency, they finally got the ok.
Maybe you should try it too, who knows, it might work.
