Visitor visa refused once applying for super visa

Hello everyone, I am applying for super visa for my parents their visitor visa was refused one "assets and ties to home country plus travel history" now in the new application via new portal they are asking the reason what should I mention in the application and what are the chances and for an invitation letter what are the key points I have to mention that can make the case strong.

Super Visa does not require you to show ties to your home country. So explain the reason for refusal in the application and talk about your income and funds held at bank. Also mention about medical insurance. For Visitor Visa the onus is on parents to show ties to home country/funds held at bank/travel history but for Super Visa the onus is on the person sponsoring. So as long as you meet the LICO/Funds requirements, previous visitor visa refusal doesn't matter much.
