Hi,
Yes, I have included Tax returns of last 2 years of my wife.
You can also include her bank statements (sole or joint accounts with yourself) + financial investments (sole or jointly owned with yourself).... even though your bank balance is adequate to support the visit.
For FDs, you can include a FD interest certificate + letter from the bank stating the FDs are not mortgaged/no loans taken against them.... and can be liquidated, if required.
You can include proofs of foreign currency purchased by you from a RBI licensed Forex dealer (not the regular Forex dealers) if you have an invoice for this purchase.
Also, 2-3 months credit card statements (if the dues are low).... and state you will carry these cards with you.
Do state all amounts in both INR/CAD throughout your applications.
No, she is not working but She is beautician and running beauty parlour at our own place and having 2-part time employees.
Do include any evidence for operating this.... salon rent receipts + business registration documents + taxes paid + payments made to the employees (cheque payments preferably)
For Properties, one Agriculture Land under my name and Houes, other land and shop joint with my elder Brother name. (All document has been translated into English and Notaries)
Evidence of income earned from the agriculture land/other land (if applicable) + latest property tax receipts for the house/shop + market rates for these properties + any income earned from the shop (even if it is joint ownership)
My home town to UK ( @ UK - 6 nights and 7 days)
UK to Canada ( @ Canada - 4 nights and 5 days)
Canada to My home town
Do include copies of the UK visa.... brief details of your intended visit to the UK.... and most importantly, if possible, reverse your flight itinerary ie visit Canada first and then the UK with evidence (provisional bookings/refundable tickets if you prefer).... this will mean that you must leave Canada to visit the UK = better chances of getting TRVs
What kinds of Documents would be help to show ties to India (home town)?
Is there any specific term need to show them? Let me know if you have any check list of document would help for TRV? Or I missed any document to show them for ties to home town.
There's no checklist for proving strong ties to the home town.... it varies with each application.
In your case, you must focus on:
a. Your employment (the letter from your employer can state that you'll have your job when you return) + 6 months salary slips (if you have worked with your current employer for less than a year then submit the employment letter from the previous employer too) + put a must-return-by-date (for project completion, appraisal/promotion, wedding in the family.... with proofs)
b. Also, your properties + family ties in India + financial situation + previous travel history (explained in the previous posts)
Also, prepare a day-by-day itinerary listing out places/activities for your visit with expense estimates (local travel/entry fees/ meals/ shopping/ hotel/etc) .... and prove you have the finances for the itinerary + airfare + misc. expenses
Cheers
