I made an application for a visitor visa from online in Turkey. I filled all documents and required things. After one week of waiting my application was refused due to financial problems. In the refused message only one regulation checked.

"I am not satisfied that you have sufficient funds, including income or assets, to carry out your stated
the purpose of going to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to affect your departure."

I will attend a conference in Canada nearly for one week. I didn't buy any flight ticket or buying a hotel reservation. I show nearly 2000$ Canadian dollar.

I am wondering about some questions;

1. How much money should I put in my bank? If I transfer all money in one case, does draw attention?

2. Will it appear any new problem for rejecting, such as the purpose of travel? In the refused message, the just only financial problem was checked.

3. Can I make an application from a different GCKey account? Because for some countries there is an extra fee for fingerprint and biometric photo after the 31 July 2018. I also started an application before the 31st of July from a different account. If I use the second account I will pay 100$ instead of 185$.

Thanks in advance for will answer this question.

Generally speaking, an applicant's perception of the 'right documents' could be very different from what the visa officer expects.

It's not advisable to consider just the stated refusal reason. You must re-assess your complete application.

I will attend a conference in Canada nearly for one week.
1. What documents did you submit?

2. Do you have a history of attending similar conferences abroad?

3. Have you traveled to other visa-required countries?

4. How does this conference affect your career prospects?

5. What ties can you demonstrate to Turkey and/or to your home country?

6. What's your immigration status in Turkey?

CAD 2,000 is inadequate to pay for your visit + airfare.

Are you paying for this visit? Or would your employer or your institution be paying for it?

Borrowing money is a no. The funds available for your visit must match your declared sources of income, not borrowed, etc.

2. Will it appear any new problem for rejecting, such as the purpose of travel? In the refused message, the just only financial problem was checked.
It's possible that a different visa officer might include other refusal reasons for the same application. Of course, you would not reapply with the same documents as your previous application.

You can use the existing/first GCKey account. Applying from the second account will not change the fact that you need to pay for biometrics if you're from Europe, Middle East or Africa (i.e. countries that have been added to the list for biometrics after July 31, 2018)
