I put visitor visa for my parents, father as principle applicant and mother has dependent.
So there are two application numbers and two UCI numbers.
They did biometric at vfs Bombay and after 2 months CIC updated father’s biometric in mother’s account (UCI number and application number for mother but that letter is for father).
Then they sent passport request in mother’s account for father but same mistake in that too.(Name in letter for father but application number and UCI number for mother).
So They didn’t send passport.
And they sent letter for refusal in father’s account as your visa had been rejected due to fail to submit biometric.
So now it’s showing that mother’s application is submitting and father’s application refused.
Let me know what I should do in this case.
