Visitor Visa Refusal

My parents have been refused Visitor visa in July 2019. Now we are planning to reapply again for them.

We are planning to travel Rocky mountain and they want to join us. We do have US visa. (Not my parents).

The refusal ground was You have not answered truthfully all questions. After reviewing first application, i found out that we have given one wrong infirminfor. That is Visa Refusal of any country. My parents have been refused US Visa previous to this Canada visa application 3 times. And we didn't mention in Canada application. Did that affect their application?

Also, while reapplying, if we correct this application and give yes to previous visa application Yes. Then will it make chances of Getting visa positive side? They have commented only one thing. Not on financial or other things.

Were they banned for five years?

No they have not been banned anywhere.

So the refusal letter didn't mention a ban of five years? You're very lucky.

Yes, lying on the form when it asked if they had been refused a visa to Canada or any other country by saying no, when they had been refused a US visa three times, caused their application to be refused. Canada and the US share visa information.

If you reapply you must declare the US visa refusals and the Canadian visa refusal and explain why they were refused.

Normally people who lie and omit visa refusals are banned. If they weren't, they are very very lucky.

Okey. Understood. And if we mention this time, will it give any negative impact of Visitor visa? Which other things we need to take care of while reapplying?

1) Financial: We gave Audited report of Chartered accountant with sign & stamp of 2 Million USD.

2) Bank balance around 30000 USD in savings.

Will joining my (Canda & USA )visa, my wife, my daughter visa gives any positive outcome to their application? As we want to really go together as family. Even my wife gave back green card of USA. Did it help also on application?

A prior refusal for misrepresentation is not easy to get over. If your parents have such a strong profile, why were they refused a visa to the US?

US visa in India is interview based and they never see any documents apart from passport. So, we don't know exaxe reason for USA as they give common format of every refusal .

That's why we are confused, as it they were granted USA visa, Canada visa are easy to get. But due to this mistake in first form by agent, we are not in bad situation for Canada as well. So, that's why seek advise how to overcome for canada visa atleast for reapplication.
