visitor visa question?

Hi

I am applying visitor visa to my parents through online and it is asking for marriage certificate. They don't have that.

Can anyone suggest alternative to that one.

Does affidavit or passport copy that shows spouse name on passport will work?

Please let me know

Copy of their passports which states each other's names as spouses..... or your birth certificate with both their names as your parents

I have one more question. What should we include in travel history. My parents have a USA visitor visa and they traveled to USA last year and stayed for 5 months. So scanning the USA VISA and entry,exit stamps should be sufficient or else should we write a cover letter stating purpose of visit,where they stayed and places they visited.

Are you applying under CAN+?

If yes, do NOT forget to scan the US visa + entry/exit stamps..... and state that you are applying under CAN+.


Apart from this, you can prepare separate covering letters for your parents (but mention they are applying/traveling together)..... in this, have separate sections for:
1. Host (Name, Date of Birth, Address, Passport, Nationality, Canada PR Card, Employment, Title, Relationship)
2. Applicant 1/Applicant 2 (similar to Host)
3. My strong ties to India (Net Worth + Value of Properties + Financial Situation + Family, etc etc)
4. My previous travel history (scan the US visa + entry/exit stamps)
5. My Purpose of Visit (separate Explanation XX: Day-by-day itinerary included), My Overall Finances (liquid and locked-in), Funds available for my visit
6. Why I must return to India by XX date

All the above details must be listed point-wise so that it's easy to read

My father has a small shop. We don't have any business registration done. But we do have income tax returns. What should we include Business Registration while applying online.
If we want to apply through online from india. IS it same site cic.gc.ca and money should be paid in cad$. Can they use my credit card.

please help me
