Visitor visa: Question about financial supporter

Hi everyone,

I am applying for a visitor visa to visit my son in Canada. Currently, my son just graduated and holds a work permit but has no job and no income. So I was wondering if my son could be my financial supporter for this application? I just gave him funds for his living expenses, and I also want to use the funds as proof for my application.

You have to show your own funds. If he has no job and no income then he is not really a financial supporter.
