Visitor visa processing time

Hello guys,i applied on 16 of August and did my biometric on 27 of August and up-to now I have not received any update from them and I applied through online.. .. Pls guys help me out
I applied for visitor visa and up-to now I have not heard anything from cic and it has passed the processing time given to me
I applied through an agent and even my friend that sent me the invitation letter that I used to apply has asked wheither he can write Cic but my agent keeps on telling me that we should give them time to do their work and it is getting to 3mnths plus now and I have not received any update from them.
Yeah it doesn't worth it at all but my agent keeps on telling me that,the more is getting late like this,i think they are working on it seriously, that if they didn't see anything that will confused them they will have send back their decision,just praying to God to crown my effort niiiiii
I submitted an application for a Canadian Visa to give a presentation at a conference in Montreal and also for my vacation on the 4th of August 2018 and got a reply exactly one month later (September 4, 2018) stating that my application had been refused .
The reasons given for the refusal was said to be a lack of information regarding travel history and purpose of trip.
I put in another application on the 24th of September 2018 with the information required but up till now my application is still pending.

I wrote a letter on the 1st of November 2018 to the Visa office in London where my last application was processed and got the following reply:
As indicated on our website, the processing times provided are based on how long it took to process 80% of all applications during that time period and are subject to change. As these processing times refer to 80% of applications, some applications will fall outside of these timeframes. In addition, as they are an average, there will be some fluctuations in processing times at peak periods during the course of the year.
That being said, please be assured that your application has been received and is currently in active process and we are making every effort to complete processing as expeditiously as possible. As soon as processing is completed we will contact you.
If you are no longer interested in visiting Canada, please inform our office in writing that you wish to withdraw your application. As processing of your application has already commenced, a processing fee refund would not be applicable.

Plz help me.My visa is refused.i am 2017 passout with 83% in commerce.ielts score (L-6.5 S-5.5 W-6 R-6).I also pay ons year fees and gic .plz help me.

Do you got any letter of explation along with your passport why your visa got refused
Good day my frnds, pls if an application is still saying processing and it is getting to 3mnths,what is possibility of the consular issuing a visitor visa .
