Visitor visa processing time

I had apply for visitor visa on 28 September.. Still showing is being processed.. Any one applied on before or after mine case..n any update regarding processing time?

My passport is collected by my agent..he said there is a letter in which it is written decision will b sent on email..BT I donn get any email
