Review of eligibility is 'You application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.'

Please tell me how many days it takes for Review of eligibility status to change, and how many days it is taking these days for visit visa applications to get processed from India.

We r apply our family visitor visa on 23 july 2018 but after that we got our tracking id and we track our id there is always show that your file is proccced to our canada visa office new delhi
I want to know in how manny days we get our passport or mgs of dispatch we get in text on my ph. Number or get an email. From canada embassy ?
