You can try but getting a TRV may be very difficult for anyone with Afghan citizenship. There will be concerns that you are not a true visitor and will claim asylum. You can’t do biometrics in Afghanistan so in order to apply for a TRV you’d have to leave the country. Processing could take months with zero guarantees.

I am a reporter for inikaas FM Radio and my wife was a reporter for Nangarhar National Radio and Television (RTA). My father, Colonel Madar Khan, was killed in an explosion. 2017/Feb 2, Jalalabad city committed a suicide attack in the fruit market of five zoon in nangarhar city, and he died. My wife worked in the IRC office from 2017 to 2023. I was detained three times by the Taliban in 2022, and my eyes and hands were tied for two nights. My eldest son is 9 years old and I have three other children. The Taliban came to my house twice to kill me. Once they were at our house with Tablighi Jamaat in Jalalabad city. I was not at home. My wife's gold computer and cash 50000 Another time, the Afghani took a big mobile phone, a working mobile phone, another office, an IPAT mobile phone, which was given by the IRC office, and he took eighteen hundred dollars. Jalalabad security office has informed during the process that you are wanted.
