It’s been 3 weeks since my passport was delivered to NYC VFS, I haven’t received the acknowledgment email for the passport receipt from them. Support could not track the passport information via their system and had requested me to email them which is still pending response.
Has anyone submitted their passports to NYC VFS recently run into any comparable issues. Are there any other means of contacting them, that’s more effective?
