Visitor Visa- Passport request arrived and Primary applicant is out in a different country

We applied for TRV for my in-laws in July 2020, march 2022 we got request for passport Submition India.
My Father in law moved to South Africa for work and mother in law is in India, How should I submit Father in laws passport.

Try the VFS in South Africa. (I mean visa application centre, whoever operates it.)

@armoured How do I inform IRCC that I will be submitting in VFS South Africa or just submit a passport collection from South Africa VFS without any notice to IRCC.

Best to contact the local VFS or VFS by chat and explain situation. They should know they can do this but may want IRCC/visa office to confirm.
