Visitor Visa Parents - Handwritten date for visa expiry not readable.Please help

Hello Friends,

My parents arrived in Canada on Jan 16 (on 10 yrs multiple entry) and CBSA officer wrote date underneath of arrival stamp on passport but his hand writing is not readable. I called to IRCC but the agent said I can go to border or apply for extension. I don't want to apply for extension if its valid till June 15, 2017 bcz I want my parents to stay for a year and if I apply for extension now then I need to apply for extension again plus if visa is already expired then they won't get extension. anybody have experience like this? anyone know whom to contact to get visa expiry date info?

Is there any way I can post stamp here and see what you see/interpret? please help..

The officer must have mentioned the date when he annotated it in their passport. ALso, it is likely that the date is in their file and also the reason why they weren't given the full 6 months. Most probably this will work against any possible extensions.

There is no way to get this information. You can upload an image (use an external site) and share the URL, we may take a look.
