Hello all.I finished my one yr study course and got one yr contract job which comes under NOC B category.

Now I wish to bring my wife and 2 yr kid to Canada.I already applied visitor visa once When I was a student. It got rejected stating that No travel history, family ties in home country and purpose of travel.

Now I thought it makes sense to apply as I am working in full time. But still I have seen many people discussing abt visa gets rejected twice or thrice.

Now I can provide
- one month payslip.
-6 months bank statement holding 10-15 k cad.
-job offer and another letter from employer stating my duties and NOC code.
- My wife is a homemaker so can't submit proof like she's working to prove strong ties in home country

Any advice wil be much appreciated.

Hi balprasad,

Since your wife is a homemaker with no travel history..she would have to show a lot of liquid finances and property to show her ties to the country.
And since your job is on a 1 year contract, the visa officer would have a doubt that she would overstay on the visa. So you need to show more funds as well to prove that you can support her while she is here and not working.
