I had applied online for visitor visa for my father in law & mother in law. Online account was on Father in law's name and he was primary applicant and mother in law was added as family member. Father in law's application was approved within 4-5 days but mother in law's application was cancelled without any message/reason. Final decision shown in CIC My account is "Your application was cancelled. Check your messages below for details". But there is no new message in messages section. No reason mentioned anywhere else. Not even email notification when application was cancelled. I thought they did some mistake and they need to recreate the application but they have not done anything in a week or so now. I have sent email to High Commission New Delhi & submitted case specific web form enquiry as well. But for both of these it seems they may not even reply & it can take months. Has anyone faced situation like this? Whats the best way to know what exactly happened to application?
