I submitted my application for a visitor visa to attend a conference in Canada in April. My employer is paying all the expenses for this trip. I submitted the invitation letter from the conference organizing manager as the "purpose of travel" document, but did not included any hotel or airline ticket reservation in that document. Should mention that I also included the letter from my employer about the trip expenses in the "proof of financial support" document. Is my application destined for rejection because of the missing hotel reservation? Can/Should I add that to my application now that it's been submitted?
