Visitor visa - Medical exam?

Hello,

I am applying Canada visitor visa for parents who will be US with tourist visa soon.

Once online application is submitted, I understand that Passport will be requested. I guess I'll have to send that to LA or NY office. Which one's process is faster?

Also is Medical exam required for everyone applying for visitor visa? Or is it only for specific enquiries?

nope it is not mandatory, this is applicable only for super visa
