Hii my frend apply visitor visa from india on July 24. He got his biometric on January 2020 and refused file.now he apply with his wife. But his wife didn't have biometric. Ircc check both background but application is in still processing. My questions is my friend application decision come first or come both and in visitor visa application it is compulsory to check background.
