Hi ,
My brother in law is living in Montreal as a refugee and his application is still in waiting state . My sister hasn't seen her husband since last 4 years so I was thinking if I could sponsor her to come to Canada for visitor visa .
She has one daughter who wont accompany her . I am not sure if this is enough to convince the visa officer that she will return back after her visit. There is just one form (Family Information ) where she will fill her husbands details and that also just occupation and address (nothing like if he is refugee or not). I don't think from this form they will get any clear idea whether her husband is refugee or on work permit.
Please suggest me if there will be enough chances of visitor visa rejection because we do not want to have any issues when they will apply for there PR later.
Thanks
Sandy
