Visitor visa implied status

Hi Guys,

I have a very IMPORTANT QUESTION PLEASE HELP!

I entered Canada in late October 2018 and then my passport doesn't get any stamp. So I was entitled to stay for 6 months ( April 2018). In March 2018, I applied for extension through PAPER application , sending it over to Edmonton office, I think I put the extension date to somewhere around December 2019. It has already past due as now is JANUARY 2020. I actually called the CIC several times ( probably I could count as of now is 6 TIMES already).

They kept replying back to me that they are aware about my situation, and still under review. They said they haven't made any decisions yet. The last time I called they said they are working on September 2019 application submitted, I told them I submitted my paper in APRIL 2019, so why they have not made any decision. They said they just haven't made any decision. I was telling them making sure that they didn't overlook my application, they said yes, still pending and I am safe as of today writing this that I am under implied status.

As I am writing this, I am actually still in Canada. I hold a MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA until 2022. My question will be:

1) What if I receive an application that it got rejected? I am not sure whether they would accept my application, why would they? I applied for extension until December 2019, I don't think they would approve it for application past due.
2) How long is courtesy time to leave if I received rejection?
3) Can I come back to Canada after that since I hold a multiple entry visa so means I don't have to apply any visa application to come back as of now until 2022.
4) Will I be out of status and have to restore a status?

Thanks

Only commenting on (3) but given you have already been in Canada for such a long time as a visitor then if you leave Canada regardless of having a multi entry visa then the recommendation is to stay away for an equivalent amount of time to that spent in the country. This as in your case is to discourage people from seeming to live in Canada on a visitor visa although obviously you may have your own personal reasons for doing so.

There is nothing specifically written as far as know for this guidance so is difficult to predict how CBSA will act when someone with a long visitor stay history comes back again after a short period out of the country. Worst case they could refuse entry or allow entry only for a few weeks or even give a default 6 months no way to predict so is a gamble.

Ultimately but without knowing/or even needing to know details of of your situation you should really start to look at some more permenant arrangement if your intentaion long term is to live in Canada

I have a feeling this has to do with the outcome of your PNP. Assume you may now hear since PNP has been refused. Assume Extension is likely to be refused after over a year since your aim is not as a visitor but you are seeking employment and to say permanently.
