visitor visa how to apply with nephew

my father is dying in Canada. his dying wish is to see his grandsons.
I may be eligible to apply online.
my problem is how do i apply for visas of my minor nephews online?
can i just add them to the family members who will be going with me?
Definition of "family member" is limited to spouse and children.

1. No, they are not "family" they would require a separate TRV application, and if they are minors, would require the permission of the parents as well.
