I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and
in your country of residence.

1. How long did your parents want to visit?

2. Do post the list of documents that they submitted

3. What documents did your dad submit for his business? Does he have business partners or sole ownership? Employees? Office premises?

4. Do they have a mortgage? Family members that live with them? Good financial situation without borrowing from anyone?

5. Have they traveled to other visa-required countries?

6. How are your parents related to their Canadian host?

Honestly find a lawyer for appeal and he will teach the law to visa officer about his subjective and bias decision, which they generally take while having a cup of tea!

"Regulation 179 is the section of Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act that allows visa officers to reject applications on the suspicion they might try to stay in Canada beyond their temporary stay."

Please note its just the assumption!

Article 179 B just says:

179 (b) An officer shall issue a temporary resident visa to a foreign national if, following an examination, it is established that the foreign national will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay!

The rest of the story it is written regarding family ties, purpose of visit and assets and financial means can be challenged if you can prove with evidence.

And once the appeal is accepted the visa officer will have one negative on his shoulder!!

Be brave if you little money !!! But find a genuine immigration lawyer from Canada!! who handle appeals!
