Applied for my parents, Refused. Ordered GCMS to rectify what was missing.
GCMS notes mentions: "Inviter has provided very outdated proof of Citizenship. More updated proof needed to confirm the inviters Canadian Statues" this is what was written with typos. This is what was mentioned for one of the reason for refusal. I submitted my citizenship card as proof from 2009. It says on website that citizenship card is acceptable proof and IRCC says its outdated? Passport is not accepted as proof. Anyone else have same issue?
