Visitor Visa - From USA - Hypothetical Situation about PPR submission from India

Hi,

I have applied for Canadian visitor visa from USA couple days back when processing time was more than 160 days, now processing time reduced to 66 days. Meanwhile, I planned for India trip for my H1B stamping in last week of May, couple questions here,

1. In case of PPR request for visitor visa stamping - how long would I have to submit my passport ?
2. In case of delays in my H1B stamping, how should I handle situation with PPR request from canada ?
3. Can I submit my passport in India for visitor stamping ? how long is stamping process currently in India ?

Please help me here with inputs. I was expecting for processing time to be longer by IRCC and so applied keeping that in mind.

You can request stamping in India. Do you currently meet the travel restrictions?

No, I am not exempt of restrictions and have no intention to travel while restriction in place(applied assuming they would atleast be lifted late this year), mentioned the same supporting documents of my visitor visa application.

Just submitted my biometrics today morning.

Would my application be considered for approval ?

You can request stamping in India. Do you currently meet the travel restrictions?

lt won’t be prioritized and you won’t get stamping in India at the moment.
