There's effectively zero chance the visitor visa will be approved. To be approved, you need to show ties to your home country and demonstrate you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. Pretty much impossible to do that if you have no status in the US. If anything, that is evidence that you've violated the terms of stay in another country which places you in a high risk category (from CIC's perspective) of doing the same in Canada.
I honestly wouldn't bother applying. It will be a waste of money. Same goes for a work permit or study permit.
I would focus on applying to immigrate instead.
