Visitor visa from UK

Hello,

I am from India who is working in UK from last 5 years. I would like to travel to Canada to visit and to visit my friend who stays in CA and she is going to give me invitation letter.
Could you please let me know following questions.

Mainly from this section --> Purpose of Travel - Other (required)

• Your flight ticket departing Canada,
• Your travel itinerary (e.g. places you will visit or stay, such as hotel booking),
• Proof of a medical appointment.

because i have seen that there is no need of medical checkup form UK and my planning dates are tentative as waiting list for appointments are taking time.

You must also provide a police certificate when you apply for Canada
