Processing is a year so your family is still within normal processing times. If you are PR you should be sponsoring them as they need to show that they are only visiting and not moving to Canada.

Did you apply from Dubai? Are you a PR? Whats your timeline please?
yes i applied from dubai and im PR holder.
I applied for my daughter and husband on Feb 2 2021. Gave Biometrics on 25th Feb 2021. Applied for travel exemption in July 2021.
Since then no final decision. I sent several emails and the only reply i got everytime is that decision is pending.

It's the same for my son. Applied for travel exemption on July 14th, and received response on August 6th . Since then nothing. Did you hear back from travel exemptions? when was the reply?

i submitted all documents showing that they will stay only for a month not more than that. I can sponsor them only if im in canada because im PR holder not citizen.
I cant go to canada due to my daughter because she is only 1.5 years old and my husband works here in dubai. So i applied for visit visa for both.
My parents are in canada and my father is not well thats why i want to go to canada.

So you should receive some response by February. If not, then raise a webform. If refused, you will have to decide the next steps on maintaining your PR. If you are not meeting RO, you can’t sponsor them until you do. Assume you showed funds for a month stay, but because you are PR then chances of them not leaving are higher.

In the meantime, if your father is not well then you can go to Canada for a short visit.

I got reply after 18 days of submitting travel exemption.
In reply it should usually be a yes or no but they told me that my final decision is pending.
After that i sent my message through web form because i want to go as soon as possible but till today i didnt get reply of my message.
My sister applied from UK, after she submitted travel exemption she got reply after 16 days and she got the visa within a week.
I dnt know what to do. Its over 6 months now and no answer from them.

I didnt get any final decision until now.
I sent them message through webform several times but every time they told me its pending due to their attention towards other matters.

there is nobody in uae who can look after my 1.5 years old daughter so its not possible to leave her behind she is very small.

thanks for giving me information i will definetly figure it out.

There is no sense sending webforms because the visas are within processing times. So you can’t go to Canada to visit your parents for a short visit, and your husband look after your daughter. That is one option. Do you meet RO.

Think the major issue is that it doesn’t look like you are compliant with your RO. Have you met the 2 out of 5 year residency requirement?
