visitor visa for visiting employer interview

Hi all!

Canadian company may be will hire me. They wants to see me in the face-to-face interview before starting LMIA, work permit process.
Actually I locate in outside Canada, I'm citizen of the country with bad statistics of Canadian visitors visas. I have no work locally during some of months. So, I have some moneys in my bank account.

How to avoid refusing in the visa? Employer can give me/Canadian embassy a letter.

Also I have a real estate here. But no cars. My official spouse (we have official marriage) stay here.
Something else? What can help me? What better to write in the Canadian comany's letter to the embassy and what better to not write?

But my travel story not very well. I visited only Asian countries, and it was no Singapore, Korea and Japan. It was only poor countries excluding United Arab Emirates
