Fill out two - one for each child as each child has own application and are not dependant on one another.

In a different matter, can I place the birth certificate of the second child under 'Client Information'?
Or are you suggesting that I should submit a separate application for each of them, using their respective IRCC accounts?
They are separate applications. They are not dependant on one another. Assume you have had your visas for a while and just decided to apply for children. Do they have travel history? Ties to home country since you have a TRV?
Thanks again. Where I am confused is that I created the application from my IRCC account for both, where I have one of the two as the main applicant and the other as a family member. That's where my question about the IMM5713 arises. Do you suggest that I continue with this application and fill out 2 IMM5713 forms, or should I create an account for each of them and submit the application from their respective accounts?
They have separate applications with 2 different 5713 forms. One chid cannot be a main applicant as your children are not dependant on the other. If you were applying as a parent, then they could be included as a family member.
I am not applying because I already have the visa.
I created the application for both.
Each child has their own application with own 5713 forms. They need to show their own ties to return.
Keep in mind that possibly the reason the parents received their visas , was because the children were not accompanying them . THEY were the ties to return. Tourist visas are all about the TIES

Not your ties, your children’s ties (tution, school registration). You didn’t apply together so now children need to show their own ties to return. If you only just applied for your TRVs and were approved, it may have been because your children were your ties to return, not ”other” ties. You should be able to apply through your own account with two separate applications but if not set up their own IRCC accounts.
People focus on the reasons they want to visit . More focus should be on why they have to return to their country
