visitor Visa for the Girl friend - Advice required urgent

Hi i am thinking of applying for the visitor visa for my girlfriend from India. we are getting married in December 2017 but want to get visitor visa before we get married so that she can come over here as a visitor and then we can apply for her spouse case once she is here.
she has done her masters and is working full time in India in bank from last 7 years and what are the chances or what purpose of visit we can give so that we can get her visa approved.
My status in Canada is Permanent resident which i received last week only.

Your girlfriend must demonstrate that she has really solid reasons to return to India such as her employment + family + property ownership + good financial situation, etc. It would help if she has traveled to/has valid visas for the US/ UK/ Schengen countries, etc.

She must keep her visit to 2-3 weeks max. Anything beyond this would make her ties to India to appear weak.

She must also be honest about her relationship to you + the wedding scheduled for December. Of course, this would reduce her chances of getting a TRV approval.

It's not a wise idea to file an inland spousal PR application. Outland is preferable especially if she gets a TRV first
