Visitor visa for Spouse

My wife applied for visitor visa and got refused.
I am on student visa.
Reason for refusal:
1. Purpose of travel
2. Ties with India
3. Employment (she's not employed at the moment)

When she applied I was yet to move to Canada.(it's almost a month since I moved)

Please suggest whether she should apply for visitor visa or sowp (given that it takes around 8-9 months for response in sowp).

Also, please suggest any strong points in purpose of travel (I am going to show property in her name for assets)

Will really appreciate your help here
Thanks !

If she is planning on staying and working in Canada, if so apply for SOWP. Her visitor visa profile is weak if you are in Canada and she isn’t employed. Does she have a strong travel history and funds for a visitor visa? How long is your study permit?

Planning to work: yes
I am employed here part time in IT firm so does that help ?
Travel history: No
Funds: Yes (We have shown her with 6 lacs and parents supporting with 40 lacs)
Study permit: 2 years (Dec 2023)

How much (and how old) funds do we need to show for sowp ?

Also, any "non discretionary" reasons which one can mention for travelling to Canada on visitors visa ?

So apply for a SOWP if she wants to work. You have a part time job and are studying. She is married so her parents funds are not really considered. It is your funds together that is considered. Reunification is the reason.

If you want to apply again for a visitor visa, you must sTate a short visit as she doesn’t have the funds, job or ties to home country. She has no travel history either. VOs don’t believe she is coming to visit.
