Hello Everyone.

I need some information regarding visitor visa for my family.
I have been away from canadavisa.com and immigration policies from long time now.

I want to Invite my Brother his wife and their 2 kids to canada on my wedding.

Information of family

1. My mother is living with my Brother's family (she is retired from government job and already have visitor visa but never visited Canada0
2. Brother ( Government Employee from about 18 years) Applied for visitor visa in 2014 got refused. (No travel history before)
3. sister in Law (Government Employee from about 18 years) No history of travel outside of country never applied any visa
4. 2 kids going to school, one is 8 and one is 12 years old

My Family house is on my mother's name,
1 lot on brother's name and 1 shop and have good amount of money in brother's and sister in laws account about 25 lac, I can show my job which is permanent and working in same company over 3 years and have a two bedroom apartment too.

we are doing a small wedding of about 20 people and reception of about over 100 people in a banquet hall.

What are the chances of visa for family and how long is it taking these days?

My family has ties like their jobs and house and my mother most probably will stay in India too, she is not able to take the plane for now because of Back problems.

Thanks

Syrus

Send your family an invitation letter giving details as to why you have invited them. Attach the invitation letter and the wedding invitation card.
