Visitor visa for parents

Hello,

I am a landed immigrant awaiting for my PR card. I am the principle applicant and have family (Wife and 2 children - twins 1 year old). I am planning to apply for a visitors visa for my parents so that it will be easier for my wife to travel with 2 kids.
I am still looking for a job and so will not be able to give proof of income. So please suggest options.

1. You can send a letter of invitation, but the parents will have to show that they have sufficient funds and ties to their home country for a TRV to be issued.

can the following show strong ties with country? please feel free to suggest how I can strengthen

1. Employment letter for my dad, but mom is a home maker
2. property evaluation
3. proof of funds in savings and shares
