Visitor Visa for Parents

Hello All,

In Canada, I am working on a work permit which is going to expire on March,2015 . My wife is pregnant because of which my parents(from India) are planning to visit Canada during the delivery time. I have just started looking in the information for getting the visitor visa. Request to suggest me from where to start.

Is the below link is sufficient to get hold of all the forms and information
