Visitor Visa for Parents (retired, no property)

I have to apply for a visitor visa for my parents. However I can't seem to show any reason for them to return home after
My father is retired, and mother is a house wife.
They don't own any property in India.
Their Savings would be around 15-20 lacs total
They've only ever visited Thailand and that too only once.
Please advise how I can give it a best chance

How about grandparents and parents's siblings in India? Any membership? You can indicate those in invitation letter.

Also, can consider to apply for visa one parent at a time.
