Visitor Visa (for Parents) Help-- Any Suggestion/Help is appreciated :)

Hi,

I would like to call my parents on visitor visa for a "month" in 2015. I am currently pursuing studies at Master level as an international student.

My brother would be Permanent Resident (by the time they will come).

My father owns a business (Since 1989) and my mother is Govt. teacher (Since 1999). They both have property under their name.

1. What are the chances of a successful Visitor visa?
2. What other documents can they attach in order to strengthen the application?
3. What (How much) funds they need to show (in CAD)?
4. My Brother (PR) and my Uncle (Canadian Citizen) would be providing invitation letter to them, stating that lodging expenses would be borne by them.

Any suggestion/help is appreciated.

Depends on what you are planning to do. Make sure funds are lose for whatever is in the itinerary.

They are coming to visit my uncle (approx 7 days (ON)) and then to us (around 21 days (SK)).

Yes

They are coming to visit my uncle (approx 7 days (ON)) and then to us (around 21 days (SK)).

Even if other people will help them financially that is a long trip, so my only worry would be that it might be a little too much to ask for. DO they have travel history for similar lengths in countries that require VISA?

Also don't forget to include proof of the inviters financial status, such as bank statements, with the invitation letter.

Be honest and write a good invitation letter, keep ion mind that maybe 4 weeks is a little too much, ask for 3. The ties of your parents are good and maybe they can get a TRV but I wouldn't push it.

Other than that just be careful when submitting your documents and everything should be good.
